Uniters
We’ve loved working alongside all the local churches and communities who are gathering together for United Breaks Out this Summer. We look forward to hearing and sharing the stories of all God is doing among you.
Our Kids & Luminosity teams have prepared resources to support full 0-11s and 11-18s programmes:
Love Offering
On the Sunday of United Breaks Out, we are asking churches to consider collecting a love offering to help us cover the costs of putting on the event without charge. In our original plans, we had been preparing to charge for tickets for UBO as we would when we gather in person. But the Lord spoke prophetically to a number of our leadership and intercessors, all of whom said: ‘you need to give this away without charge.’ So we have taken a step of faith, in obedience, following the Lord’s leading, in eager anticipation that he will use this to bless the nation.
We are trusting God to bridge the resulting financial gap and we would be grateful if you could speak with your church leader to encourage your church to give as they are called and collect a love offering for the ongoing work of New Wine and to help us meet the shortfall of making UBO available without charge.
You can find out more on our financial position and the decisions we’ve taken in United in the pandemic. Here, Jules Morgan (Executive Director) shares honestly and transparently about trusting God above all else for the future of New Wine.
You may also make one-off or regular donations at new-wine.org/give.
Thank you for standing with us.
FAQs
No. All main celebrations, kids’ and youth programmes are offered without charge. We believe God has called us to be generous and, despite planning to charge a small ticket fee, are responding to a prompt from the Holy Spirit to give UBO away again this summer.
There will be bonus material including seminars, morning Bible teaching and speaker Q&As available to New Wine Online members as part of their annual membership. See ‘What is New Wine Online?’
We have significant costs to cover to run UBO again this year. We steward every pound carefully but, like every festival and event not able to run as normal during the pandemic, we have a large income gap following the cancellation of United 20 and 21.
We are looking for people and churches to partner with us for the sake of the Kingdom. If you would like to donate personally, or hold a church offering, your support will enable us to progress planning for United 22 and continue our ministry for years to come. Find details of how to give at https://www.new-wine.org/give/
There’s no need to book, simply join us live online via the website or YouTube. But do sign up to the email list for all the latest info on UBO here.
We’d love churches to gather as their local communities around UBO, and to run this as best suits them – including any booking systems, covid guidance, kids’ and youth requirements. You know your local context better than we do – so we’re providing the event without charge and leaving it with you to manage how best to gather around it. See ‘UNITERS FAQs’
We’re intentionally keeping it simple. All you need is good internet access and you can stream UBO from our website or directly from our YouTube channels, where you can connect via Smart TV. There are separate channels for Arena & Kids (youtube.com/newwineengland), Impact (youtube.com/newwineimpact) and Luminosity (youtube.com/weareluminosity).
As always, the New Wine Kids team will provide a variety of excellent activities for 0-11s, including a live stream each morning with worship, teaching, Holy Spirit ministry and games – plus the AR App from Missional Generation. See ‘What’s the AR App?’
Our friends at Missional Generation have developed our Augmented Reality app even further, with virtual pets and moments for genuine Holy Spirit encounter. The Little Family AR App will have brand new activities, games, animations, Bible reflections and prayer. More info coming soon.
Over 14,000 young people joined Lee and the Luminosity team for an awesome online youth event and ‘backyard campout’ last summer. There’ll be more of the same this year, including evening celebrations, workshops, live panels and the After Party – plus a Good Morning Luminosity breakfast show and morning celebration. 11-18s need to register in advance for online sessions and workshops, and to receive their free Luminosity 21 festival wristband. Find out more at https://www.weareluminosity.org/
There will be bonus material including seminars and morning Bible teaching available on our membership platform, New Wine Online. See ‘What is New Wine Online?’
Our new digital platform of teaching, resources, live conversations and more. It’s a place to connect with New Wine all year round. Annual membership is £70 – less than 20p a day. In addition to all the regular content, members will get on-demand access to all UBO main sessions, 70+ seminars and other bonus content including Q&As with speakers, plus our live Prayer & Prophecy Evenings. Find out more and join at www.new-wine.org/digitalhub
All New Wine Kids, Luminosity and sung worship sets will remain free to view on our website and YouTube channels after UBO. The main celebration talks will move to our membership platform, New Wine Online, from 4 August 2021. See ‘What is New Wine Online?’ for details.
As always, we are working closely with our inclusion teams to ensure our sessions are as accessible as possible. We’ll have Access sessions each morning on Zoom, which is a space for adults with additional needs to engage with Jesus through worship, teaching and prayer. All kids’ sessions have been planned alongside the Our Place team and our Breathe team are running a series of seminars for parents & carers of children/adults with additional needs.
New Wine Online is for individual membership and the terms and conditions do not permit sharing or broadcasting with your wider community or church. The extra sessions (Rise early morning Bible teaching, seminars, live conversations) are only available to individuals with annual New Wine Online membership. See ‘What is New Wine Online’.
