Christ Church Abingdon - Associate Vicar

We are a large evangelical church meeting on two sites in the north of the beautiful market town of Abingdon on Thames. We are committed to growing disciples of Jesus.

We are looking to appoint an Associate Vicar who will have responsibility for our Long Furlong congregation and serve in the wider ministry of the parish. We believe God is calling someone who strives to be:

• a gifted teacher and preacher – someone who can communicate their passionate love of God
• team builder and team player –someone who can recognise, draw out, nurture, and use the gifts of church members.
• a missionary bridge builder – someone who can connect with people where they are.
