All Saints’ Marple is a large, vibrant church and we are looking to appoint a youth worker either full-time or part-time. We can be flexible with any applicants who wish to explore working part-time. We are looking for someone who will lead our youth work both inside church and out into the community. We want to see our youth being encouraged to encounter and follow Jesus for themselves, as well as being confident in sharing their faith with others.

Working in collaboration with our staff team, we are looking for someone who will take overall responsibility and champion the leading of youth work for 11–18-year-olds. We are ambitious and are looking for someone who is not just going to maintain what we have but who will bring vision and energy and, in collaboration with the wider church, will develop and strengthen our youth work both inside and outside the church.

An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for the successful candidate.

There is an Occupational Requirement for the postholder to be a practicing Christian in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
