Youth and Students Leader

We are looking for a Youth and Students Leader to champion and grow ENC's work with youth and students.

At Exeter Network Church, we love seeing people come to Jesus and be transformed by him. We are a diverse community of about 300, committed to showing Jesus to those outside the church, to living a life empowered by the Holy Spirit, and to telling the story of the Bible. We currently have around 30+ youth and 80+ students who attend different groups across the week, including Sunday gatherings.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is excited to enable young people and students to grow in discipleship and be envisioned to lead spirit-filled, mission-focused lives, and to develop a team of volunteers to achieve this. The successful applicant will be committed to nurturing the faith of new believers, and to challenge and stretch the faith of all young people and students, enabling them to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ to their age groups in the city of Exeter.

All of us have a desire to take a full and visible part in the life of the church, as good role models for all ages, bringing an energy and collaboration to our activities. We value high participation, joyful celebration and a lively expectation that God is always at work.

We would like to employ someone in a full-time capacity, but are open to receiving application from candidates who are willing to job share on a minimum of 2.5 days per week. We will also consider applications from candidates who can commit to 4 days per week.
