Youth Leader

Are you committed to serving young people and determined to see them enjoy life with Jesus?

Kairos Network Church, Harrogate, is recruiting a gifted leader to lead our youth team, grow and expand our current youth discipleship and reach new young people with the good news of Jesus. 

This a 20 hour post with a salary of £11-13,000 depending on experience.  

Our youth provision currently reaches around 20 teenagers who meet twice a month on a Tuesday evening for a youth club with games, tuck shop and relationship building. They also meet during the Sunday gathering once a month where they take a deeper look at the bible and prayer. We have a small team of amazing volunteers who run these sessions.

We would love to develop more connecting points for our young people which are places where safe, nurturing discipleship relationships can be built, they get to learn from peers and trusted adults, discover Jesus for themselves and contribute their gifts, passions and skills. We’d also love to work out the best ways of us being able to reach out to more young people in the town who don’t yet have a connection with any church.
