We are seeking a dynamic, spirit-filled disciple of Jesus to lead the youth ministry into further growth and depth. The purpose of this role is to effectively lead, influence, manage, develop and have pastoral oversight for all aspects of the 11-18s youth work, to share the Good News of Jesus with youth across Sheffield through evangelism and outreach, to raise The Well’s 11-18s to become missional disciples and to be a part of our passionate ministry team at The Well Sheffield. This is a permanent post to ensure the youth work continues to thrive and develop at this crucial time.
