Our church is growing in numbers and diversity, with over 200 adults plus 80 children and young people attending regularly. We are enriched by people from all over the world and new people are joining each week.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Church Worker with specific responsibility to oversee and develop our existing children's groups (4 - 11's). You will work with the Senior Leader, Early Years Leader and Youth Worker. The role is an essential part of our Vision - Growing Deeper, Closer, Further.
The key areas of responsibility are to:
- Enable children to meet Jesus and reach their God-given potential
- Oversee and develop the teams and groups
- Engage with children and their families in Elmwood and the local community
- Wider role within church depending on gifting.
We are looking for someone who is Jesus centred and servant hearted, able to empower and encourage others, and communicate effectively with children.
