Are you a Christ-centred pastor and preacher-teacher? Are you excited by the prospect of shepherding a London church?
St Michael’s is a cosmopolitan, multi-generational family of believers seeking to serve the Lord Jesus in the heart of London. We are an established evangelical church that cherishes orthodox biblical teaching alongside an openness to the work of the Spirit. We are looking for a vicar to lead us with a fresh vision of how we can make an impact for Jesus in our parish and communities, someone who will love and encourage us to mature discipleship and define our mission as a church.
You’ll find both history and potential here. A warm-hearted church family, a committed PCC and sound existing infrastructure. There is plenty of scope for an imaginative new take on the ministries we should be committing ourselves to in this next chapter. We are excited about the way God has been leading us during the Interregnum and are looking forward to even greater things. Is God calling you to lead us on this new journey?

Closing date: 3rd October

The Diocese of London is committed to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workforce which represents our context and wider community. We are aware that those of Global Majority Heritage/United Kingdom Minority Ethnic (GMH/UKME), women, and disabled people are currently under-represented among our clergy and workforce, and we particularly encourage applications from those with the relevant skills and experience that will increase this representation. This post is subject to an enhanced disclosure from the DBS.
