Due to our growth, we are now looking for a highly motivated team member to provide essential support to the kids ministry at LPC. We are seeking someone with passion and experience to take on the support functions for the ministry to all those aged 0-11 connected to LPC. You will be working with the Kids Pastor, various teams of volunteers as well as working alongside our ministers and PCC.
You will help LPC grow to be a thriving resourcing church to Surrey in the area of Youth and Children. The role comes with a competitive salary package based on experience.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to work 20-24 hours per week including Sunday mornings, with mutually agreed upon days off. Most work will be during normal office hours, with occasional evening sessions and weekend training.

Leatherhead Parish Church
LPC (Leatherhead Parish Church) is in a new season after undergoing a revitalisation partnership with HTB and the Diocese of Guildford in September 2022.
As a church, we are Jesus-centred, bible based and led by the Holy Spirit. As an HTB resource church, we have a vocation to train leaders and plant churches to play our part in the evangelisation of the nation, the revitalisation of the church and the transformation of society.
We have a vision to 'love God, love people and make disciples of Jesus’. Since 2022, the worship team has grown, blessed with a number of worship leaders, and we are now entering a new season where we are seeking someone to bring vision and oversight to this growing team.
