We’re looking for an experienced person with a “Yes And” approach to getting things done. Working closely with the Senior Pastors, this role requires a heart for supporting ministry, juggling priorities, and being a great all-rounder who will get stuck into building the team and making St Mark’s a great place to work.
As Operations Manager, you will support the senior leaders, overseeing the finance, operations, and facilities functions. You will ensure the church's sustainability and smooth running and identify opportunities for new working methods. You'll be able to work autonomously and have experience of delivering events and project management. You will also deliver plans that meet our strategic aims.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the Senior Pastors. You will have management-level experience and a strong track record of inspiring leadership and delivery. You will ideally have previous experience leading in a church ministry or the charity sector.
