CHILDREN’S PASTOR
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £29,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic pioneer to lead and grow our children’s ministry, both within the church and out in the wider community. This is a unique opportunity to:
• Inspire, disciple and equip children to share their faith and live as influential followers of Jesus
• Strengthen and grow our existing children’s ministry through creative initiatives and activities
• Build meaningful relationships with children, our churches, the local schools and Witney
• Create spaces where children thrive; encountering God in worship, prayer, signs and wonders
You’ll work alongside a supportive and enthusiastic church staff team and a committed network of volunteers, helping us to transform lives and communities through God’s love.
