We're looking for a new youth worker to join our team at Christ Church W4 in West London. We can be flexible around training stage and development needs, and want to work with someone with a passion for young people who is excited by our values and vision as a church. It may suit someone with experience who has a relevant qualification and 3+ years on the job who is ready to play a senior role on the team. Or it may be that you are someone finishing a qualification who wants to get stuck into a community and grow into a senior role over time. We have a strong support structure in place and so will be able to also consider an exceptional candidate who wants to train in youth work, getting a degree p/t while also working at the church, and gearing up to take on a full-time role afterwards.
Whatever stage in your development you may be you will be a passionate advocate for youth people, with a desire to disciple youth, reach out to the community and grow yourself.

Christ Church W4
Christ Church W4 is a charismatic and evangelical Church of England parish church with a worshipping community of about 450 people of all ages. We have three sites in Chiswick. West London: Christ Church Turnham Green, St Alban’s Acton Green and the Mission Hall in Chiswick, West London. Our buildings are all used daily and our aim is to be a beacon to our area and the beating heart of the community blessing and impacting many hundreds of people each week.
