WTC is at an exciting phase of its development as a fast-growing, innovative, theological college. We are looking for a solution-focused FC who will take responsibility for finance processes and activities. The FC will help the Senior Executive Team (SET) to build on current achievements, and help the college take full advantage of the current and future opportunities.

The FC will support the Boards of Trustees (WTC) and Directors (WTCC) and also the WTC Finance and Risk Board Committee.
The role includes the preparation and submission of Group Accounts, engagement with stakeholders and students, and oversight of the financial aspects of events and projects as detailed in the accompanying job description, as well as working with the COO to ensure the smooth running of all financial aspects of college and consultancy activities.

We deliver transformational theological education within prophetic, worshipping and learning communities throughout the UK, in partnership with local churches. The successful applicant will need to be in full agreement with WTC’s values and mission. As such, it is a genuine occupational requirement for the FC to be a practising Christian.
