Job Description
● Actively present, promote, and support our licenses with churches in the UK and Ireland, working together with our U.S.-based team.
● Brainstorm and assist with sales and marketing efforts in the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
● Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers and maintain ongoing communications in an effort to promote the ONE LICENSE services that would best meet a church’s needs, and then help onboard them as customers / License Holders.
● Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with large church bodies and individual churches throughout your region.
● Share educational resources and field copyright questions in collaboration with the U.S.-based team.
● Collaborate with a small team within a broader parent-company environment at GIA Publications, Inc., including interdepartmental communications and teamwork.
● Process checks and record credit card and wire transfer transactions as needed.
● Provide basic customer communications as needed, including via email, promotional physical mailers, regular statements and invoices.
