Job Type: Part-time (0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours weekly)
Salary: £26,391 p.a. (FTE)

We are looking for someone who is brilliantly organised, creative and relational to become our new Media and Communications Coordinator. This exciting role offers creative freedom and the opportunity to collaborate with a fantastic team to enhance and expand our media and online presence. In this role you will help to shape and implement an engaging communications strategy for our church whilst supporting ministry leaders to effectively communicate and promote projects and events. Working alongside talented creatives, you'll help bring organisation and innovation to their work, fostering meaningful connections within our church family.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a church-wide communications strategy in collaboration with leadership
- Coordinate the management of social media accounts, website updates, and digital content creation
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, track performance and recommend improvements
- Work with the media team and external providers to deliver high-quality content
- Coordinate the delivery of internal communications, including newsletters and bulletins
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in media, digital communications, or public relations (church or non-profit preferred)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Proficient with social media, website management (Squarespace or similar), and digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- A creative, relational approach with the ability to work flexibly
- A strong Christian faith and understanding of the Charismatic Church’s mission

Trinity Cheltenham
Trinity is a charismatic Anglican church located in the centre of Cheltenham. We have a heart and a vision to see people transformed by the love of Jesus and in the power of the Spirit.
The church connects in different ways with a community of approximately 800 adults (a large percentage of whom are young adults aged 18-34), 100 young people and 200 children.
We are long-standing partners in the New Wine network and serve as a Resource planting church in the Diocese of Gloucester.
