Children’s Ministry Leader
Do you have a heart to share God’s love with children? Do you have a passion for nurturing young hearts and building a strong, supportive team? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Children’s Ministry Leader to guide our children’s programmes, equip volunteers, and create an inspiring environment for faith to flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and grow a vibrant, faith-filled children’s ministry programme.
✅ Recruit, train, and support a dedicated team of volunteers.
✅ Develop and deliver engaging, Bible-based lessons and activities.
✅ Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for children to thrive.
✅ Work closely with church leadership to align ministry goals.
✅ Design and launch a midweek initiative to engage and disciple children beyond Sunday services.
What We’re Looking For:
• A committed Christian with a heart for children’s ministry.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience working with children and leading teams.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with children, parents, and volunteers.
• A passion for outreach and building a flourishing ministry.

• Hours: 8 hours weekly
• Salary: £13 per hour
