Worship Pastor

We have an exciting opportunity to join our staff at Concord Church. We are looking for a gifted worship pastor for our growing church plant team. This role will grow and lead our volunteer team while encouraging and enabling our church to meet God in worship. The role is 2.5 days per week, including Sunday mornings.

Our Context:

Concord Church was planted in September 2022 into an exciting new neighbourhood in North Bristol (Brabazon), as part of the HTB network. We're a young, diverse church looking for someone to shape and develop our worship as we seek the kingdom of God in North Bristol and beyond.

We're hoping that the right person can inspire and encourage our church in worship as we play our part in the evangelisation of the nation, the revitalisation of the Church and the transformation of society.

We don't own our own building so instead you'll be joining a friendly, warm and committed staff team, based in the Aerospace Bristol Museum, which is where Concord Church meets and is the home of an iconic Concorde aeroplane! As a new and small team, we all play our part in building relationships and community.
