Network Days Advance Information – Woking

Tickets 

Please bring your ticket along which you should have received via email shortly after making your booking. You will be able to present this ticket on your device or on a printout. If you need your event ticket resending, please email the team on info@new-wine.org. 

Arrival & Departure 

The doors will open at 09:30, with the programme beginning at 10:00. The day will finish at 16:00.

Public Transport Links 

Woking has a central train station with mainline links to London and good bus links. 

Parking  

There is no parking available at the church itself but there are several nearby town centre car parks. We recommend parking in Victoria Way.  

Refreshments & Lunch 

Complimentary tea and coffee will be available when you arrive in the morning and during the afternoon break. 

Please bring lunch and snacks with you on the day or pop out somewhere local during the lunch break.   

Accessibility  

Christ Church is an accessible venue – they have step free access into the building and accessible toilets available. The church is also fitted with an induction loop for hearing aid users. 

There is no accessible parking available on site, but drop-offs are possible – please check local car parks before travelling. If you require a reserved seat for accessible reasons or a seat removing for a wheelchair, please speak to someone on the door when you arrive and they can arrange this for you.  

Prayer Ministry  

As part of our time together, we will be offering prayer ministry. If you would like to pray for others, please complete our short prayer ministry training HERE. Once you have completed this training your name will be recorded, so please give your name at the registration desk and we can issue you with a prayer ministry wristband. If you have previously completed the prayer ministry training for the Leadership Conference or Festival in 2024, your name will already be on this list, and you don’t need to redo the training.
