Children, Youth & Families Coordinator – Job Description
An exciting opportunity to lead and develop the ministry to Children and Youth in a growing church in South Hampshire
The Church of the Good Shepherd, Crookhorn, is a thriving and friendly charismatic Anglican church passionate about serving its community. We are serious about our commitment to young people and offer well established youth and children’s ministries with the scope to grow.
We are wanting to build positive relationships with children, young people and families that bring about development of faith and transformation of character.
Hours: 30 hours (part time), shared between day time and evening as necessary, including Sunday mornings.
Salary: £20,280 (pro rata) £25,350 (equivalent full time) plus agreed expenses of office
Closing date: January 31st 2026
Starting: March 2026 (subject to negotiation)
