We're hiring an Associate Minister
Join us to lead the planting of a new congregation at, and be the Focal Minister of, St Michael’s West Andover.
Andover Parish is entering a season of growth, with its seven congregations uniting around a town-wide mission rooted in Word, Spirit, and Sacrament.
We seek an Associate Minister to lead the planting of a new family-focused congregation at St Michael’s West Andover and pastor the current Eucharistic worshipping community.
Working closely with the Rector and wider team, you will gather and lead a planting team drawn primarily from St Mary’s, embedding excellent welcome, mission and pastoral care as the congregations grow in number and depth of discipleship.
You will join a dynamic team that prays, worships, and laughs together – with a shared zeal for mission. We’re looking for someone who:
• Is a priest of the Church of England, confident in Word, Spirit, and Sacrament
• Combines a pastoral heart with strategic vision and missional drive
• Loves to see others grow in faith, service, and leadership
• Brings emotional intelligence, humour, and courage to leadership and change
