We are passionate about seeing transformation in the lives of young people in Oundle and the surrounding area. St Peter’s is excited to be one of the lead churches in the Diocese implementing the national Growing Faith initiative.
The Youth Minister will be rooted in St Peter’s Church, with a weekly presence in the largest state secondary school in the area. As part of the ministry team at St Peter’s, you will be responsible for implementing the vision for our work with young people.
Building on the foundations already established, you would play a key role developing the youth ministry at St Peter’s and the work of Souster Youth in local secondary schools. We need a highly motivated and conscientious person capable of delivering quality work with young people. The Youth Minister needs to have excellent interpersonal skills and be a good communicator.
