- A devoted Christian with a deep prayer life and a hunger to see God move among His people.
- A warm, engaging leader who can inspire and mentor multi-generational teams.
- A skilled communicator and musician with vision, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
- Someone organised, adaptable, and proactive, able to nurture growth in others while leading with sensitivity and pastoral care.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Spirit-filled worship across services, events, and special gatherings.
- Mentor and develop volunteer musicians and worship leaders, helping them flourish in their gifts.
- Engage and collaborate with staff and volunteers to create innovative, meaningful worship experiences that reflect Emmanuel’s mission and values.
