This role is within St Hild Centre for Church Planting. The Programme Development Lead (PDL) will work closely with the Director of the Centre, the Dean, and other key staff to transform strategic vision into well-designed, fully implemented training pathways. While the Director and Dean specifically will procure new opportunities, this role will then determine what training is needed and how to deliver it, both in terms of content, curriculum and method. They will design, plan, and ensure the high quality delivery of new training pathways. The PDL will work particularly closely with the Director to develop new pathways.
Salary to be £32,000-£38,000 (pro-rated) depending on experience
