Arrival
Please arrive at the Convention Centre via Entrance 1 from 13:00 on Tuesday 24th February. The first Keynote session will begin at 14:00.
Using What.3.Words, the location code is ///live.bets.global.
To help you settle in, Studio One will be open upon arrival, serving a range of hot drinks and snacks, as well as a comfortable space to relax before the first Keynote session. Our friendly team of staff, volunteers and Discipleship Year students will be on hand to direct you around the venue.
Tickets
Your New Wine Leadership Conference tickets were attached to your confirmation email which was sent to you the day you booked. If you’ve booked for others, please forward their tickets on to them.
If you have any issues accessing your tickets, please email our team at info@new-wine.org. Please have your event tickets ready on a mobile device or printed upon arrival.
Your ticket will be scanned in the queue outside the venue and exchanged for an event lanyard and badge card. Having completed bag check, please make your way inside the venue.
Your badge card will provide space to write your name, church and location. At your convenience on the first day of the conference, please fill in these details using the pens provided on tables in Studio One and outside the Main Auditorium.

New Wine App
Make sure to download the New Wine App on your device (available in the Apple Store and Google Play) before the event so you can have all the information you need.
The app contains the complete programme, breakout descriptions, maps, speaker bios, exhibitor information, and more. You can also view the app content in the form of a website here.
Prayer Ministry
As part of NWLC, we’ll be making space to pray for one another. To ensure that all are prayed for in a safe and honouring way, we ask that if you wish to pray for others at the event you complete the New Wine Prayer Ministry training online beforehand.
IMPORTANT: Prayer Ministry Training must be renewed every 12 months. If your current training ID holds a date more than 12 months ago or was completed for NWLC 2025, please complete the training again.
Once completed, please bring your confirmation ID (emailed to you after the training) along with any other photo ID to the New Wine Info point at the entrance to collect a purple ‘prayer ministry’ wristband.

Opening & Closing Times
Doors will open at 13:00 on Tuesday 24 February and the first session begins in the Auditorium at 14:00.
Studio One will be open upon arrival, offering hot drinks and snacks, providing a comfortable space to unwind. You’ll also have time to browse our exhibition space, home to our amazing exhibitors and partners. Our team will be on hand to guide you from here to the Main Auditorium before the first session. Doors to the Auditorium will open from 13.30.
On Wednesday and Thursday, the centre will open at 08:00 for the day’s programme. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the centre will close at 22:45, following the late evening programming.
The conference will conclude at 13:00 on Thursday 26 February.

Kids & Youth Stream
This year at the New Wine Leadership Conference we’re investing more than ever in Kids and Youth ministry leaders. Our dedicated stream has a new home in the beautiful Royal Hall – a space designed to inspire, connect and refresh you. Sessions will take place throughout the day, including breakouts, workshops and spaces for networking.
Kids & Youth Stream sessions are marked on the above programme and fully in the app.
To reach the Royal Hall, please follow the directions and signage from our wonderful Stewarding team – exit the Foyer onto King’s Road, turn right and continue around 300m to the crossroads at Ripon Road. Turn right again, and you’ll see the Royal Hall on your right-hand side, just past Entrance 4 of the Centre. The Royal Hall entrance is clearly signed and faces King’s Road, opposite the Harrogate Inn.
Venue Location
New Wine Leadership Conference is taking place at the Harrogate Convention Centre, King’s Rd, Harrogate HG1 5LA. Situated in the centre of the UK and equidistant from London and Edinburgh, the east coast and west coast, Harrogate Convention Centre is well connected by rail, road and air transport and easily accessible from all parts of the UK.

Getting Here
Roads: From the South, take the M1 and A1(M) before leaving at Junction 45 (Wetherby) then take the A661 to Harrogate. Alternatively continue on the A1(M) to Junction 47 (Knaresborough) then follow signs to Harrogate. From the North, take the A1(M) and exit at Junction 47 (Knaresborough) then follow signs to Harrogate.
150 spaces are available at the Harrogate Convention Centre. Please note that this car park is also open to the public. There are several alternative car parks in town.

Rail: Harrogate is linked to all major UK cities including six daily direct LNER services between London KX and Harrogate Station (2 hours 46 minutes). Harrogate Convention Centre is just a seven-minute walk (or short taxi ride) from Harrogate train station. Taxi services are available across the road opposite the main doors of the station.

At New Wine we know that additional needs are wide-ranging and we want to support those with additional needs and disabilities to enable everyone to join in with all that’s going on.
Venue Accessibility
Lifts and ramps allow step-free access around the venue.
In the Auditorium, there is designated wheelchair space in the first row of Block H towards the middle of the room and this is accessible via a lift. A key card is required to access the lift provision from the foyer, so please speak to the team at Info to use this. If you or anyone in your group is a wheelchair user and requires reserved seating in this area, please email info@new-wine.org.
Step-free access is available for Studio One, Hall D, and King’s Suite, via lifts along the main corridor located at the back of the foyer.
Step-free access to the Royal Hall is available via the Stage Door Entrance on the lft of the main entrance, with a wheelchair lift to the accessible viewing area on the left side of the theatre and accessible toilets. If you or anyone in your group is a wheelchair user and requires reserved seating in the Auditorium or Royal Hall, please email info@new-wine.org or speak to Info at the event. Unattended property on seats will be taken to Info.
Programme Accessibility
The Auditorium is fitted with an induction loop for hearing-aid users.
Strobe lighting will not be used in any venues. Moving lights may be used in Auditorium & Royal Hall.
BSL interpretation is available during Keynotes in the Auditorium and upon request for Breakouts. Please speak to Info to arrange this.
Live English Captioning is available on a small screen, located on the right-hand side of the stage in the Auditorium.
All Keynote sessions will be live-streamed to Studio One for those who would prefer to join in a more relaxed environment.
Accessible Parking
There is Blue Badge parking in Harrogate Convention Centre’s underground car park with direct lift access to Entrance One of our Auditorium. If you are visiting the Royal Hall, there are a small number of dedicated parking spaces in front of these venues. Otherwise, the most accessible car park is Jubilee Car Park, free for Blue Badge holders and nearer than the main HCC parking.

Food and drink will be available to purchase during the break times at the Level 5 Café (located outside the Auditorium) and the Royal Hall Café, and during both breaks and mealtimes in the Studio One Café.

From 21:00, the Level 5 Café and Studio One Café will open as bars, serving a selection of soft and alcoholic drinks available to purchase.
Free water coolers will be available around the venue. Please bring a reusable water bottle to make use of these.
Please note the following:
– Only drinks with lids may be taken into the Auditorium & the Royal Hall.
– Only food and drink purchased within Harrogate Convention Centre may be consumed within the building. Exceptions are made for food or drink required for medical reasons.
– Meals and hot drinks are not included in the conference ticket.
Local Cafés and Restaurants

By the main entrance, a cloakroom is in operation free of charge to leave luggage and coats. Please do not bring large bags into the Auditorium.
Studio One

The Studio One Café will be open during all centre opening hours, and the main sessions will be live streamed in here, providing a quieter alternative to the auditorium.

Any unclaimed, non-valuable items are donated to charity at the end of the week. Valuable items are taken to the New Wine office after the event and disposed of safely if unclaimed after one month.
Our media team will be capturing photo and video content at these events for use on our social media and websites. If you would prefer not to be captured, please collect a yellow ‘No Media’ lanyard from the New Wine Info point in the foyer.

Access
Please ensure that you wear your lanyard & badge at all times. Only delegates with valid tickets are permitted onsite. Please do not attempt to pass on or reuse tickets to gain entry.
Bag Check
Please be accommodating to requests for bag searches. We request that you keep bag size and any additional possessions to a minimum and suggest that you allow extra time for security checks on arrival.
Emergencies
In an emergency, please contact the nearest steward or member of staff, who will initiate the appropriate emergency procedures.
Unattended Property
Do not leave bags or valuables unattended anywhere including in venues as New Wine cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property anywhere on site.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside or near the entrances/exits to the centre.
