New Church Planting Resource

We are developing a new Church Planting resource – a 6-8 week video-based course which covers all aspects of church planting, including testimonies/stories of the teaching in action.  We hope this will include input from senior practitioners from all streams so that it is genuinely applicable in every context and denomination.  This will be delivered in a similar way to Stones and Ripples, with an online learning community and we hope to launch the resource by May 2027 at the Leadership Days. 

Current Church Planting Resource

Stones and Ripples is a nine session course designed to help church leaders think through the challenges of church planting.  It is based on the book by Gareth Robinson and provides an opportunity to connect with other like-minded leaders who are exploring a new planting possibility. 

The programme includes watching teaching videos, nine two-hour interactive online sessions and the opportunity to gather together in person at the start of the course. The programme is led by experienced practitioners in the New Wine network.  

THE COMMITMENT 

Joining the cohort is a commitment to the programme of learning and to the community that will be formed over the year.  There will be questions for reflection and assignments to complete between the sessions. These are not marked but are there to help your learning and embed your learning in context and practice. You will be asked to share your reflections and what you’ve been doing in each session. 

 

THE COST 

To sign up for the Stones and Ripples Cohort there is a cost of £150 per church. This will also include a copy of the Stones & Ripples book. To access the video content, you will receive a one year subscription to New Wine Online as part of the course.
