Teams & Venues

At New Wine, we know that additional needs are wide-ranging and we do all that we can to make everyone’s time at the festival as enjoyable as possible.

We host a number of caring and skilled teams and venues across site to provide spaces for everyone to engage in all that New Wine Festival has to offer – this is our Accessible Church.

To register for support from the teams and venues below, you’ll need to complete an Accessibility & Additional Needs Form for yourself or your child after booking, otherwise we can’t prepare or guarantee a space.

Festival Accessibility

Our Place

Our Place Kids & Our Place Youth are for children and young people who may find the main groups overwhelming and struggle to access these. Our Place specialist venues provide smaller groups, adapted teaching and quieter worship, tailored via support from a team of volunteers and therapeutic professionals.

Access

A space for adults (18+) with additional needs, offering worship, teaching and ministry in a smaller, supportive setting. Our Access team are made up of volunteers and therapeutic professionals, all with skills in supporting those with additional needs.

Breathe

A venue just for parents and carers of those with additional needs. A place to connect, share, pray and recharge, with special sessions of worship, reflections and discussion times. If you’d like to access this venue, there’s no registration needed – just turn up!

INCLUSION TEAMS

Across the site, our Inclusion teams work to support you or your children to feel safe and join in with what is going on within the main venues.

  • Our Place run Inclusion teams within the New Wine Kids groups and Luminosity Village to ensure that under 18s with additional needs are welcomed and supported.

  • Access operate Inclusion teams within Big Top, Impact and the Awaken celebrations to support adults with additional needs when engaging with these sessions.
