Mission Apprenticeships

St. Marks Academy is time to invest in your walk with God and your call to lead: we're here to develop mission hearted leaders with hearts, hands and heads alive to God.

Discover how to live and lead fully alive! Through formation sessions, community and mentoring, you’ll discover how to walk in emotional and spiritual health and freedom and step into your future.

Become the hands of Jesus to others who need a touch from Him, through a Mission Apprenticeship in a local church. You’ll get experience ministering as part of a staff team bringing revitalisation to churches and communities and will discover how God has shaped you to lead.

Use your head and see your thinking expanded and transformed, with high quality teaching from experienced leaders including church planters, theologians, and experts in their field.

You’ll spend one day per week in teaching and formation groups, and there are a range of part time paid placements and full time placements with support for fundraising and accommodation. Get experience of ministry and outreach across different areas of church life, or select a placement in a particular stream such as Students, Kids, Youth, Worship or Production.
