We are seeking to appoint a Spear Centre Manager to pioneer a Spear Centre in the heart of the city of Norwich. Spear centres seek to give every young person in the UK the opportunity, regardless of their background, to fulfil their unique potential and to contribute to society.
The award winning Spear programme was pioneered over 20 years ago. Since then, 18 centres have now been set up across the country, each equipping 16-24 year old men and women who are not in employment, training, or full-time education, and who face barriers to employment.
The successful post holder will help to pioneer this new centre, and see cohorts of young people from the East of England begin to fulfil their potential.
