St Mary’s has been recognised by the Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham as a place ready for growth, renewal, and wider impact. Our calling is to be the Living Hope for Arnold — a community where God’s love is seen, felt, and shared across every stage of life.
To step into this vision, we are seeking a full‑time Operations Lead who can help us build the structures and rhythms that allow ministry to flourish. If you love organising people, strengthening teams, and creating systems that release others into their calling, we’d love to talk with you.
Full Time Role. Fixed Term until end 2030. £27,000-£32,000 depending on experience. Closing Date Thursday 14th May 1pm, Interviews Thursday 21st May.
