Description of Job

We are seeking someone with a heart for students and experience in Christian ministry for a senior post heading up and continuing to develop a large, established, and fruitful student ministry.

HT has a long and fruitful history of ministry to university students. It’s hard to imagine being better placed to influence the next generation with the gospel. It may be cliché, but it really is true that many people are never more open to Jesus than during their student years, and it’s our mission to give them as many opportunities to discover him as possible. Every year, our students go out from HT and become leaders all over the world. It’s our vision that they would head out with a passion to lead for Jesus and be equipped with foundations of faith that will last a lifetime.

As Student Pastor, your role will encompass many areas including leading in mission & evangelism; teaching & preaching; oversight of events & discipleship, and managing the Student Team. For more information, please read the job description here.

To apply, please send a completed application form to vicar@htcambridge.org.uk with a cover letter. Please note generic CVs will not be considered. General enquiries welcome. The deadline for applications is Sunday 7 June. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed between Monday 15 and Friday 19 June.
