As our Youth Worker you will help shape inspiring, Christ-centred communities where young people are discipled, supported, and empowered to live out their faith. You will invest in young people and volunteers, building on a thriving youth ministry that helps the next generation grow in faith and purpose.
This is a Church based youth work role providing an exciting opportunity to develop our youth ministry in a vibrant, intergenerational and disciple-making community, both in church and the local community.
Full time - Salary £27,000- £30,000 depending on skills and experience

Clevedon Baptist Church
Clevedon Baptist Church is in a coastal town in North Somerset.We are a large word and Spirit church made up of all ages and we are seeking to be even more intergenerational in our services and events. We are multi-congregational and have an all-age church, a church community in a care home and a church in Pill, a nearby town. We are very engaged with our local community including providing chaplaincy for local shops, businesses and market. Every year over 2000 children from local schools attend Destination Bethlehem which is an interactive Christmas journey. We have invested in digital technology and people are able to join us online to meet with others. Our young adults group regularly meets, with people from Clevedon and the wider region. Our vision is to create a centre of strategic gospel mission, expansion and growth in Clevedon and beyond. This is shaped by God’s word and the Spirit’s leading. We pray that God would grow our church as a disciple-making community, that we would see greater conversion growth, and that we would impact the unchurched. We love to support our members to serve God in their workplaces, families and community.
