At Lovechurch, we believe that investing in our young people is one of the most important things we can do. We want to see them come to know Jesus, grow in their faith and become confident disciples who make a difference wherever God places them.
It's an exciting time for our youth ministry. Over the last year, we've welcomed an average of 42 young people each Wednesday evening, with attendance reaching 48 and around 22 young people on Sunday mornings, with numbers sometimes climbing to 45. We are grateful for all that God is doing and are expectant about the future for Youth at Lovechurch.
We're now looking for a passionate Youth Pastor to lead this incredible ministry into its next chapter. You'll be joining a church that is committed to investing in the next generation and a team that is values encouragement, collaboration and prayer.
There is significant room for negotiation in this role as we are willing to be flexible to accommodate the particular strengths and needs of a promising candidate. LOVECHURCH
We are LOVECHURCH, an Anglican church, part of the HTB network based on the south coast. We exist to see the Kingdom of God come in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole as it does in heaven. That means, as a community we are working towards the evangelisation of the town where we live, the transformation of its society and the revitalisation of the church. We are very excited to be advertising for the role of a part time kids worker to work alongside our director of kids and families ministries and to join our large and lively team here in the heart of Bournemouth.
With 7 miles of golden sand stretching from Poole to Christchurch and the New Forest National Park on our doorstep, Bournemouth makes for a very desirable place to live. Our church is firmly rooted in the life of this university town, which bustles all year round with Christmas markets in the winter and beach and forest activities in the summer.
