Senior Church Leader

Restore Community Church is looking for an inspiring, visionary Senior Leader to take our growing multi-congregational church family into its next season of church planting, growth, discipleship and mission.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced church leader to provide vision, strategic leadership, and pastoral oversight across four congregations in North London and Southwest Essex.

The Opportunity

We are prayerfully seeking a visionary and relational leader who will:

• Lead Restore into a new season of spiritual growth and multiplication.
• Cultivate a culture of discipleship, prayer and mission.
• Develop, empower and release current and future leaders.
• Strengthen unity across all congregations while encouraging local expression.
• Provide strategic leadership alongside the Eldership Team and Board of Trustees.
• Inspire the church through inspirational biblical teaching and pastoral ministry.

The successful candidate will be a gifted communicator, a mature spiritual leader and a team-builder who leads through collaboration, humility and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
