This role is a real opportunity to help shape the youth and children’s ministry across our new parish. You would join a committed team passionate about following Jesus, loving people, and serving the communities of Swarcliffe and Whinmoor.
We are looking for someone with experience working with children and young people, with a passion for building creative ministries to help children and young people encounter faith, engage with church community, and flourish as children of God.
The aim of this role is to develop our children’s and youth ministry across the parish. The role involves leading a team of volunteers to run youth groups, after-school groups, Toddler group, help deliver RE lessons, and collective worship in the schools; helping lead elements of Sunday worship; and helping lead Messy Church and termly events.
