WHAT TO EXPECT

The New Wine Leadership Conference is an opportunity for leaders across the UK and beyond to be renewed and re-envisioned for their ministry. We’re passionate about the local church and want every leader to feel equipped, encouraged and empowered to serve in their unique context.

In 2026, nearly 2,000 leaders gathered in one place to gather, connect and grow. For 2027, we’re multiplying the conference across two locations – Harrogate and Eastbourne, giving more leaders that opportunity to come together, be renewed and strengthened for the season ahead.

Whilst each conference schedule will have slightly different timings, both locations will provide the same keynotes and content – so all attendees will have the same inspiring experience.

Keynotes

Keynotes are our main sessions each day where we gather as leaders for a time of sung worship, inspirational and relevant teaching and space for Spirit-filled prayer ministry – to be challenged and inspired.

We’re joined by powerful and prophetic speakers from within the New Wine family and beyond to go deeper in our understanding of faith and leadership in our current context and be equipped for ministry through prayer in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Keynotes are hosted by a team of our New Wine Leadership and are a core part of our time together. Prayer ministry will be offered at all keynotes, and we encourage those who wish to join in with praying for others to complete our prayer ministry training before the event.

Breakouts

Breakouts are sessions that invite us to grow through teaching and conversation. They’re a key part of the conference – for you to dig deeper into a particular area, hear prophetically for your context and develop in your skills as a leader.

You’ll find a mix of formats – from larger gatherings to smaller, more interactive sessions. They’re hosted by leaders in the New Wine network, with guest speakers joining as well.

This year, we’re hosting four breakout streams – each with a unique flavour:

Our Deeper breakout stream provides leaders with a space to engage in thoughtful & theological reflection. We’ll be addressing a range of ideas about discipleship, evangelism and church multiplication, diving into the Bible and the wisdom it has for our lives.

The Equip breakout stream focusses on growing confidence in your ministry and the practical work of leadership. Through sharing of stories and wisdom from experienced leaders in various settings, these breakouts will give you the tools to develop fruit in your setting.

In the Awaken breakout stream, we’ll be diving into prayer, prophetic ministry, and cultivating presence-centred spaces. This stream helps leaders grow in discernment and dependence on the Holy Spirit as we learn how to guide our local communities in hunger for more of God and to see a move of spiritual renewal. Awaken breakouts are hosted in King’s Suite.

Join with other Kids & Youth Ministry Leaders to meet others who share your heart for the next generation. Hear from experienced practitioners who know the reality of ministry on the ground, and be equipped, encouraged and prayed for as we grow together.

Chapel

Chapel is a reflective service with a short time of worship, a short thought for the day, sharing communion, and space for prayer. This lectio-style service is the perfect way to pause, listen, and meet with God at the start of each conference day.

Late Night

Wind down from each conference day at Late Night: our evening spaces after the Keynotes (21:00–22:30). Catch up with other leaders, make new connections or spend time with your church team.

Exhibition & Partners

We’re delighted to partner with and host many organisations, charities and exhibitors to highlight their activities and ministries and share how you can be resourced or get involved.

At each location, you’ll find over 50 of these exhibitors and partners, plus an Exhibition Café/Bar & the Bookshop. In addition, we welcome a number of our partners to share their work in our Keynotes and contribute as part of the breakout program.

You can find a full list of exhibitors and partners on the Exhibitors section of the app ahead of the conference. If you’re exploring exhibiting with us for the conference, click below.
