Tickets and Team Training:
All team at New Wine Festival need to complete online team training which covers areas such as Health & Safety, Prayer Ministry and Accessibility. Once you have completed this training, your team ticket will be generated and emailed to you. Please print out your ticket before arriving to site, it will then be scanned at the gate and also double as your team badge for the week.
If you don’t have access to a printer, you can show your ticket on your phone to gain entry to site, then please head to Info and where this can be printed for you.
You should have received your team training via email, however if not, please contact info@new-wine.org and we will resend it.
Arrivals:
As a team member, you will be able to arrive from 12pm until 6pm on Monday 27th July. Please do not arrive before 12pm as you will be turned away.

Using What.3.Words, the location code is ///arriving.roofer.guests.
The gate will remain open after 6pm, however, we do encourage you to arrive before this time so that all team can attend Team Commissioning at 7pm in Impact.
If you are travelling with family by car or sharing a lift with someone not on team, they will be allowed on site with you but must show their delegate ticket at the gate to gain entry. If you are being dropped off by someone who does not have a festival ticket, they will be given a temporary pass at the gate and must leave site as soon as you have set up. Every car arriving to site must have a team member travelling in it.
All cars (unless you have a pre-authorised disabled parking permit) will need to be moved to a long stay car park by 6pm. If arriving after 6pm, you will still be able to drive to your village however, your car must be moved to a long stay car park as soon as you have finished setting up.
Departures:
As part of your role on team, you are expected to serve for the full duration of the festival. Please support your Team Leaders and fellow team members by helping to pack down your venue/team area after your final session, where possible.
All team are then welcome to depart site after packing down on Sunday 2nd August or by 11am at the latest on Monday 3rd August.

Catering Timings
06:30 – 09:00 – Breakfast
12:00 – 14:30 – Lunch
16:30 – 19:00 – Dinner
Please note, all meals are available to take away.
To ensure that all team are fed within the mealtime windows, we have split the catering options by either breakfast, grab bag lunch and hot dinner or breakfast, hot lunch and grab bag dinner. The exception to this is your only meal on Monday 27th July (Team Arrival Day) when everyone will receive a grab bag dinner. If you opted into team catering on your team application form, you will see this reflected on your team ticket along with the catering meal allocation for your team.
Queuing
Please be aware that with feeding 1,700 team there are very likely to be queues whilst you are waiting for your meals. We have tried to mitigate this as much as possible by working with a new catering company, splitting the meal types, having a 2 1/2 hour window for each meal and also utilising catering interval timings for larger teams. If you have an interval queuing slot for a meal, this will be communicated by your Team Leader. Please use this time to chat to your fellow team members in the queue, ask about their experience on team and encourage one another!
Where is Team Catering?
Catering will be served in the Team Village. Breakfast and the hot meal will be served inside the Team Catering venue (number 17 on the site map). The grab-bag station is located in a gazebo adjacent to Team Catering (but not inside Team Lounge, number 18 on the map).
Where can I eat?
Due to limited seating in Team Catering, all meals are available to take away. The seating in team catering is prioritised for your breakfast and hot meal. For your grab bag meal, we encourage you to take this away and enjoy on the picnic benches in Team Village or head to the Grandstand, by the Fun Zone, for sheltered seating.
Catering Passes
In your Team Briefing, you will receive a pack of catering passes for the week. There is one pass per meal and the date and meal type will be outlined on the pass. You will need to bring the correct pass in exchange for the corresponding meal in team catering so please keep your pack safe! If you or another member of your team need to collect meals for another person, you will need to bring along the catering passes for the other person/people you are collecting for. There is a maximum of 5 meals per person that can be collected at Team Catering. Please note, there will be a charge for any replacement catering passes.
Food Vans
Food vans will be available throughout the week with some opening on Team Arrival Day from 12pm – 11pm.
Shop
There is a grocery shop onsite which will be open on Team Arrival Day and for the duration of the festival, where you can purchase essentials.
Please join us on Monday 27th July (Team Arrival Day) at 7pm in Impact for Team Commissioning. This is a fantastic opportunity to gather with all the teams onsite to worship together and be commissioned into your role as One Team at New Wine Festival 2026!
If you are on full-time team and have opted into catering, please make sure you have had/collected your grab bag dinner before Team Commissioning starts.
Upon arrival, your team ticket will be scanned and you will be issued with your team wristband which you must wear at all times.
Each team will have a Team Briefing which is usually on Team Arrival Day but some are in the morning of Delegate Arrival Day. You should have received information about where and when your briefing will be from your Team Leaders. This is a chance to meet the rest of your team, set up your venue/team area and receive any additional training.
During your briefing, your Team Leader will issue your team t-shirts, badge holder and lanyard which you must wear at all times whilst serving.
You will also have the option to pick up a prayer ministry wristband from your Team Leader, if you would like to pray for others onsite during prayer ministry times. Your online team training included prayer ministry, so you will have been issued a prayer ministry ID in the confirmation email attachment below your team ticket. Present this ID along with another form of ID to your Team Leader and in exchange they will give you a purple prayer ministry wristband.
This year, we are introducing Jovo which is a new communication app that will be used at the festival. It works very similarly to WhatsApp but is GDPR compliant as you aren’t able to see another person’s contact details.
You will need to download the Jovo app and ensure that notifications are on so that you don’t miss any important information.
Your Team Leaders, if they haven’t already, will send you a link to join a specific Jovo chat for your team where you can communicate as a team. We would also love for you to join our One Team Jovo chat. We will send announcements and updates before and during the festival that are imperative for everyone on team to know. The New Wine Volunteer Management Team will be based in Info inside the cafe in the Food Zone. We will be available here from 12pm – 6pm on Monday 27th July (Team Arrival Day) and then again from 8am – 6pm on Tuesday 28th July (Delegate Arrival Day) to answer any queries you may have. After this, there will be a representative from the team there to help you throughout the week.
Team Lounge is the place just for you! It’s a space where you can grab a free cup of tea or coffee and snacks and have a sit down during a busy week. You’ll be able to charge your phone and play board games with old and new friends. Please be sure to keep all your belongings with you as we will be unable to keep these secure.

As part of your online team training, you should’ve watched the New Wine Prayer Ministry Video and been issued a New Wine Prayer Ministry ID on the second page of the attachment, below your team ticket. This ID can be used at New Wine events to join in with the prayer ministry provision.
If you would like to pray during the festival, please present your ID either printed (it fits in any wallet holder) or digitally on a mobile device alongside another form of photo ID (physical or a digital photo) to your Team Leader during your Team Briefing or at the Info Desk to receive a prayer ministry wristband.
Your prayer ministry training is valid for one calendar year after completion.

On your team training form, if you selected ‘yes’ to having children of team tickets, these will be sent through in a separate email in the next few days, as one of our team must manually generate the tickets. You’ll receive your team training confirmation email with the children’s tickets in the attachment below your team ticket and prayer ministry ID.
Please ensure you bring your refillable water bottle to reduce the amount of single use plastic on site. There will be water dispensers and jugs available in Team Lounge, along with plenty of water points across site. Please also don’t forget to bring your re-usable coffee cup for hot drinks in Team Lounge.
We would encourage you to bring a bum bag or small bag to store your catering passes and water bottle in.
Dress appropriately for your role for example, if you are serving outside be prepared for all weather; bring suntan lotion, a hat, sturdy shoes and a raincoat.
