The New Wine Leadership Conference brings together over 1,900 church leaders, staff teams and volunteers from across the UK and beyond. It’s a place to connect with others in similar contexts, worship together in unity, and hear from world-class speakers with a heart for Spirit-filled, missional leadership.

Expect dynamic main keynotes with powerful worship, inspirational teaching and ministry in the Holy Spirit, as well as practical breakout sessions on topics like Church Planting, Healthy Church Leadership, and Theology in Practice. Plus, join a fully resourced Kids & Youth breakout stream for those championing the next generation. There’s also space to connect with exhibitors and ministry partners, reflect on what God is saying to you in this season, and return home equipped to lead well.

This is an event for everyone in local church leadership with a passion to see the local church change nations.

'I took my team, and we were so blessed with the times of worship and the quality of teaching. We left feeling refreshed, challenged and inspired as we returned to our context. It was also great to network and catch up with some familiar faces too.'
'...these conferences are utterly vital to our sense of connection with the wider church - to know that we are not an island, but part of a greater move of God across the nation'
'What an incredible week! Had an unforgettable experience with God. Remembered seven years ago when I prayed for nations and Jesus brought me to the UK. And today, that nation is ablaze again for Jesus! While many see Europe as lost, Jesus shouts that the fields are ready to harvest souls!'
'...the quality of the spoken word was off the charts and profoundly in touch with our cultural moment. So much to reflect and build into how I lead and become more #holy #healthy and #humble . Fabulous times of worship - real soulfood.'

Kids & Youth Ministry Stream

Whether you’re leading a toddler group or coordinating a youth programme, the Kids & Youth Stream is for you. Between Keynotes, join the Kids & Youth breakout stream, running alongside the other conference breakouts. Gather with others who share your heart for the next generation. Hear from experienced practitioners who know the reality of ministry on the ground, and be equipped, encouraged and prayed for as we worship and grow together.
